- Returns are typically accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Perishable items (food, fresh produce) may not be returnable
- Return shipping costs may be borne by buyer or seller depending on reason
- Damaged or wrong items are always eligible for return

3. How to Return a Product

Seller Pays Return Shipping:

Buyer May Pay Return Shipping:
- • Change of mind (if seller accepts)

- • Other reasons at seller's discretion

As a marketplace platform, Naatu Sandhai:
- Does NOT process returns directly - sellers handle all returns
- May assist in communication between buyers and sellers if disputes arise
- Encourages sellers to maintain fair return policies
- May take action against sellers with poor return practices
8. Return Disputes
If you have a dispute with a seller regarding returns:
- First, try to resolve directly with the seller
- If unresolved, contact Naatu Sandhai support with your order details
- We will review the case and attempt to mediate
- Note: We can facilitate communication but cannot force a resolution
